Working Hours: 25 hours, term time only until June 2023.

Salary: £21,471 - £24,875 (pro-rata subject to weeks worked)

As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, we have an opportunity for a Behaviour Warden (College Ambassador) to join our Student Services department reporting into the Head of Centre. This role is part time, term time and fixed term until June 2023.

You will be involved in patrolling between the campuses, the transport hubs and the outside social spaces, talking to learners and our neighbours, ensuring the college is a safe and welcome place to study.

To be successful, we are looking for people with outstanding communication skills, who have a flair for working with young adults in a supervisory role and are able to promote the positive work the college does with our stakeholders. You will spend most of the time outside of the college covering break and lunch periods as well as the end of day transfer to local transport links.
