We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Estates department, looking after the day to day running of our newly developed, state of the art Engineering Centre in the town as well as other Sandwell College sites.

This is a very exciting time to join our College and help establish this incredible centre in West Bromwich. We have big ambitions for Engineering, building on the great success already achieved in this discipline. 

The role will require you to provide high quality, customer-focused security and maintenance services across Sandwell College sites, predominately the MEC site. Whilst ensuring the safety of staff, students and visitors whilst using the College premises and facilities and the security of the buildings, grounds and property under the ownership or control of Sandwell College.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the knowledge and/or experience of general maintenance duties. You will also hold a relevant SIA qualification and hold (or be willing to achieve) a First Aid at Work certificate.
